Post installation

I have seen variants on this question in many places, but haven't yet seen a solution to my specific question.

In my primary links, let's say I have a top level category of "News" and then a second level category called "Local News" that is a child. So if I click "News" in the top navigation, only then does "Local News" get revealed as a second level menu item. The organization of my navigation mirrors the organization of my categories (taxonomy).

Is it possible to use 4.7 modules on the new 5.0 version?

In specific the events module is something I would love to implement

I have just installed Drupal 5 embedded with latest Gallery 2.2-RC-1. The installation was without any problem.

However after I have enable the Gallery 2 & tried to access the module, the page was loaded but with the following error:

Can anyone tell me what does this error mean?

anyone know how to get this or create it?

i am trying to set up cross posting from blip.tv to my drupal site.
blip asks for the drupal api endpoint. how do i get that?
