Drupal is up and running but how do I ...?

Everything in administration says "Access denied"

After I login, everything in administration says "Access denied". I don't think I changed anything. How can I fix this? I can't even get to access control.

How to setup basic weekly "blog" or similar style with summary paragraph and mp4 file download

I am trying to setup a site and wanted to know the best way to:

Setup a weekly downloadeable file section (Blog?) (2 per Sunday) and short summary paragraph for each.
Would this be a blog or is there a better way for our Church? After I set this up I will add a FAQ section and articles section and forum.

It basically will be 2 video sermons a week with scripture text and summary. It is a mp4 video for the hearing-impaired in sign language. I am just thinking a mp4 file download for now.

Google Analytics... quick easy question

Is there anything wrong with putting Google analytics code script in a block in the footer of every page? Now that I think about it, I'll probably exclude it on admin pages. Any advice?

Change format/content of the User List

I am trying to radically change the format and content of the User List. Is there a way to do this?

The only thing I can find is to turn on or off whether a specific field appears in the members list in the profile area.

I quite like the basic layout of the one used on the drupal.org site for users by country, e.g. http://drupal.org/profile/country/United+States.

Can anyone tell me if this is a View or some other module?

Thanks,
Paul

Multiple Values Option

I selected the multiple values option for a node reference field. When I add new content the page gives me three fields to add node references. After I create the new page and go back to edit it (if i used all three node references), three more fields are given to me to use.

How do I change the initial amount of fields given?

How do I change the number of new choices given when I go back and edit the page?

Thanks
Brett

Roles - Permissions

I created a specific tables to register users in Drupal, but im continue using the 'users' and the 'users_roles' table from drupal.

I have a big problema, i have 5 roles (admin, colab, c_blog, c_forum, c_book) and when i register a new user im created the association of the users withe roles through the 'users_roles' table.

Example:

The uid of new user is 5, so my users_roles table is:

uid rid
5 2
5 3
