Post installation

ive read post after post about this and every single one i cant do..... they all say go to content types and change to moderation queue but i dont see anything like that........ does anyone have anything i can use? i tried a couple modules but they didnt work out too well.... help!?

Im using 5.1

I was messing around with the style.css file in the garland theme, everything was going good.

However, one time when i uploaded the file, nothing changed! Everything stayed the same! I went ahead and reloaded a whole new version of Garland theme and it didnt change!

I am sorry if this is posted somewhere but I didn't even know how to begin searching..

Anyway my site has these links under the teasers and on the nodes when the user IS logged in:
add new comment | flag as misuse | email this page

These features are only available to logged in users..so when users are NOT logged in they ONLY see:
login or register to add a comment

HOW can I make the links appear just like the way they look when you are logged in no matter what? If you aren't logged in, they can simply redirect to a login page.

I have a quick question that someone here should be able to easily answer.

I'm creating a page and I want the content to display a calendar of events. How can I take what the basic event does [url: ?q=event/2007/02/22/month] and get that exact display on my own page? The month displayed would need to be dynamic so I don't have to change code next month...but thats a given.

I've been tearing my hair out about this one. I couldn't get Node Images to work. Kept getting message "can't attach images to this node" so then I just tried uploading a txt document and I would get the upload bar animating....then nothing. No error message, no attachment, nothing.

I have user permissions set to allow authenticated users to upload default list of image and doc types.

uploads enabled for that node type.

permissions for File folder set at 666

My content filter in the node administration page does not work. I'm wondering what might be the problem...

Here is what I do:

1. login
2. go to Administer > Content
3. change one of the filters I.E. radio input=> 'type' , select box => page
4. click 'Filter'
5. Nothing happens on "Update". We have lots of content so this is a problem.

Has anyone else seen this problem?
