We are using the subscription module along with CCK. Our problem is that we are working with the weighting system (and having problems there too), but the subscription field is locked down to weight 1. There are cases where we'd like to have that weight set to some other value on CCK content. Is there any way to change this?
We have some CCK content types that have many fields, as in around 20 to 30. The weighting system for determining what order fields show up for edit and display is not sufficient to properly order these items. Does anyone have any advice on how to work with CCK content that has many fields and order these fields properly?
I have been trying to find a way to solve one major problem with large lists of forums. Currently, if you have, say 100 forums, they all get listed on the forum page, and if you have containers within containers, the page can get very long.
I am trying to find a way to place types of forums onto their own page, and have the container link to that page.
I have found a lot of info on how to split the topics across pages, but not the forum list itself. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hi,
First of all, I love Drupal. Every project I try to build, I start looking for a tool and eventually end up looking at some way to do it in drupal. Case in point, after pulling my hair out with alfresco for document storage and workflow, I've ended up here.
I know workflow is not drupal's strong point, but I am interested in the communities opinion of which modules would make a good starting point.
Goal:
I need a portal that allows a group to store documents, check them out, edit them, and have some simple workflows.
The contact page will not show up on my primary links menu for guests for some reason. I've tried addiing it manually, and enabling the contact page link in the Navigation menu and moving it to the Primary links section. It shows up fine for me, but when I log out, it disappears. All the other links are fine. Anyone know what could be going on?
