Post installation

Can someone suggest how to create a website, using D10 onward, that accepts donations and have different categories and membership, as well as different payment gateways.

All my search for Donation modules, themes and other options resulted in some that are developed for Drupal 7 and all are discontinued.

Drupal is up and running but how do I replace a banner ad? 

I am out of my element due to retirements in our organization.  Can someone show me how to replace a sponsored ad on my site?

I have a replacement banner ad that needs to be posted under the words "Market Ticker" below to replace what's currently posted.  Once I log in, I don't know where to go to upload a replacement and swap it out.

Could some one help me to prevent uploading file with the same name and extension. By default Drupal add _0,_1.._n to the files with same name and extension. I am using filehash module to prevent uploading identical file which works great but I need to prevent file with the same name and extension regardless they might be different files.

Unfortunately there is no documentation for this module, which has lost a lot of popularity.

I would like to know how to limit the user who has the role "editor" to the creation of a single node of type "article"?

I want that if the user tries to create a second node, he is redirected to his first node with a message "You have reached the limit."

How can I do this with the Rules module ?

I have a multisite installation with seven sites.  Two of the seven have an issue with the update manager.  They both report Last checked: never (Check manually) even after checking manually or running cron. 

Also, no modules are listed below as they are with the other five sites.  There is nothing in the log report indicating an error running.
