Upgrade question

My setup is still at Drupal 5.3, In UpdateStatus I see that there are several new updates for the core. However, why are they all here, the last one is 5.7, isnt this version a cumulation of 5.4, 5.5 and 5.6? Should I install them all seperately or can I go straight to 5.7. And why do I have to ask this question?

Many thanks,

TR

Inline Google-maps does not work with IE anylonger

I have some Google maps created by hand as inline code. In Drupal 4.7.x they all worked nicely with Firefox and IE6 / IE7. After upgrading to Drupal 5.x they only work with Firefox but not with IE6 / IE7.

What happen in IE is that the map is not correctly positioned. It only fills a part of the gray background area. It looks like the map is positioned far up to the left. This is independent on if I use my own theme or bluemarine. It is also independent of if I include the Drupal js support or not.

Is 5.7 necessary?

I don't recall getting an advisory about Drupal 5.7. Does that mean it's not necessary or critical?

Upgrading question

Hi!, I manage a testing drupal site running version 5.1. The project has been stopped for some time and now the time has come to continue with it. I see that version 5 has reached 5.x and my question is:
Can I make a direct upgrade from 5.1 to 5.7 or must I make all the incremental upgrades 5.1>5.2>5.3>5.4>5.5>5.6>5.7
If I have to go through each and every step, maybe for me it would be easier to scrap my testing instalation and start afresh with a blank drupal 5.7 site...
