I have spent a fair bit of time making my way through the forum and have not found anything that has been able to help me out yet. Here's hoping that somebody can assist me.

what should be the group and individual ownerships for drupal files.

I downloaded drupal-4.5.2.tar.gz and untarred the files. the indvl and group ownerships are 302, by default.
Do I need to change the ownerships and the file permissions, and to what.

I have a site: 911networks.com that is running under CivicSpace. I used Civicspace because originally, I was going to use some of the extra modules. It turned out that I did not, so I'd like to revert back to Drupal.

How to convert to Drupal? I am up-to-date with 8.0.3 which is based on 4.5.2. Import/export? or just overwrite?

Any suggestion?
