I went out to the Gallery website ( http://gallery.menalto.com/ ) to download the latest version and saw the site has a completely new look. What struck me is how "Drupal" like it looked. Then when I moused over some topics, I saw the url is going to /node/xxxx and the forums look like Drupal also. So it appears the Gallery project is now using Drupal for its site. Anyone know for sure, and any information on what it took for them to convert off of whatever they were running over to Drupal?
Hello. I am evaluating OpenSource CMSes for an online journal website I
am creating for a community of non-tech professionals, field staff, and
scientists. The website will primarily carry newslike reports and info, with
commenting, and also some static pages about the group, etc. I am looking
at Drupal and Xaraya for my requirements. They seem to be similar, and I
got some info from reading documentation of both and the comparison
at cmsmatrix.org.
I see it under ADMINISTER/ ACCESS CONTROL (enabled/checked)
Should I see a ADMINISTER/ FLEXINODE link or something?
I installed FLEXIBLOCK and I see a link under ADMINISTER. Every new page I create has a text area (in the Flexiblock section) to add side blocks for certain pages.
I know I have to do some adjustments...but I'm alittle stuck right now...I just want to verify if Flexinode is installed correctly.
I have some hours available in my webinar suscription (something like webex).
If someone can help to install remotely cerain modules in my Drupal site, I could record the
session and post it in a video file, so anyone can see it and eventually double it (translate it)
to other language.
