2005-11-23: The WAI Protocols and Formats Working Group has released Inaccessibility of CAPTCHA: Alternatives to Visual Turing Tests on the Web as a Working Group Note. Requests for visual verification of a bitmapped image pose problems for those who are blind, have low vision or have a learning disability such as dyslexia. The note examines ways for systems to test for human users while preserving access for users with disabilities. Read about the Web Accessibility Initiative.

My drupal 4.6.3 installation is thro' cpanel, fantastico with mysql 4.0.25 (provided by hosting co). Created some basic categories and sub-categories and used sitemap and taxonomy_browser mods. Everything worked fine.
Tested cpanel 'backup' drpl1.gz. Unzipped. Created a new drupal 4.6.3 installation and loaded same contributed modules. Used cpanel phpMyAdmin to restore drpl1. Error:

Hi everyone, what happened to the forum module. I just went to look for it, for a site that I am building and it is gone! There seems to be a lot of talk about it not working properly, but I would like to get a hold of it anyway.
Just a heads-up really as I can't find this discussed anywhere else in the forums, and may shed some light on what people may otherwise assume was some kind of attack.
Studying my logs this evening, i'm noticing requests from the user-agent "Google Desktop" for my taxonomy feeds; but with ever increasing lengths; starting with:
GUADEC, the GNOME desktop users and developers international conference, is moving to a Drupal based website. We want to invite GNOME friends fluent with Drupal in the development of the site in order to make a better use of this web platform. Not only to help organising a great GUADEC 2006, also to contribute to the debate about the gnome.org website evolution.
