i was wandering if the Premium module (or a good part of it) could be used to implement a similar new mod, but with "inverted" functionality:

is not the user to pay to get access to content, but advertisers to pay to get their full body nodes accessed by visitors of the site.

This would be a nice way to implement classified listings sites:

* "basic" advertisers can show only teasers
* "premium" advertisers can show full body

Any feedback about this (or any other solution) from coders apreciated!

I set up my blog website perfectly at local pc, but the live web did not work correctly. the web hosting company is 1and1, they set the mysql database name,username,host address for me and i can not change these name. I only can change the password of database of live website.
because the local mysql database name is drupal, and my livewebsite database name and username is different, so how can i do?

I am building a prototype site for user exchange of images for use with the PECS system of speech / language therapy.

PECS is a picture exchange system of communication. Essentially you print thumbnails, cut them out, and laminate them. Individuals who do not have words use these to communicate by selecting and ordering the images to form statements, requests, and comments.

As a parent whose small child is in PECS therapy, I have noticed that a broad selection of freely available PECS pictures that can be used to make PECS cards is not available; often parents in my situation must resort to purchasing CDs of images, expensive software, or taking pictures of household items and then somehow formatting them appropriately. In an Internet age this makes no sense at all.

Accordingly, I have set up a prototype site at http://www.soaringhorse.com/pectin that allows anyone to upload and share images for use in PECS therapy. I am using Image module to allow for upload and viewing. What I am missing is a means of formatting the pictures for easy printing for PECS use. This would essentially be a 'contact sheet' of thumbnails in a printer ready page, maybe with some control over thumbnail size and how many images are in each row and column.

If this exists, without requiring use of Gallery or another module that would break taxonomy support, could someone point it out? Alternatively, pointers to documentation on how to access the images via some method of selection for inclusion in a contact sheet-formatted page, so I can start to figure out how to build it myself, would be very helpful.

I am using nifty corners and I am having some issues with it. Here is the statement that I have in the niftycube.js file

}

When I view my page it is not rounding the corners correctly. Do I need to have it round more tags or do I need to add more color specifications to my style.css file?

This is weird.
Explorer 6 (Windows) has suddenly stopped showing the administration tabs in admin/user, user/create , user/configure and user/search. The pages open and are fully functional in explorer, but there are no tabs on them. Firefox windows and mac as well as Safari show the tabs.

This has happened overnight. Yesterday the tabs were there in Explorer. Not today.
I have tested several machines, with identical results.

Has somebody seen this behavior? Are there chances that other tabs stop working in Explorer? Any ideas on how or why this is happening?

There's been some discussion over the past few months on creating real estate web sites with Drupal. I've recently completed one for an Arizona real estate company, The O'Keefe Group. I had created a CMS for them 6 years ago, it was time to update and do some things about SEO. This company sells remarkable luxury homes in the Scottsdale, Arizona area.

I considered writing my own module but then decided/hoped that I could do it all with CCK and Views. I decided CCK with Views would work when the Imagefield was made to work with multiple images. Thanks for that!!! Here's a more complete list of the modules I used:

CCK - including a CVS version of Imagefield that allows multiple images
gsitemap - creates a sitemap for Google fodder
Location - for address info, hoping to be able to use with GMap and have the geo-coding auto done by Google. (not there yet)
pathauto - with clean urls on this automatically creates a clean, context correct url
Simplenews - for a newsletter. I currently don't have it on but I've used it before and it's a simple and elegant solution.
Taxonomy - for categories
urllist - creates a sitemap for Yahoo fodder
Views - for creating particular querys and creating lists of the results

Views is giving me a little grief in figuring out how to format some individual fields in the Views tables that it displays. Also, The teaser for the property node isn't quite what I wanted as I'd like to grab the first image and use that in the teaser (I could have done that easy if I added another imagefield). Other than that, and my fight with Location and Gmap, I'm very happy with how this turned out. The client will manage entering and editing all the properties and a newsletter, that's all they can do for safety sake.
