This beta release includes lots of fixes, moving from development to stable releases for some important modules, and many changes in the Debut features as well as the following specific to the Open Outreach install profile:

• #1432188: In node edit form. Premium content level select widget default is incorrect
• #1276314: Table name should be wrapped in curly braces for compatibility with database prefixes.

The theme is intended for various types of sites. The main characteristics of eClean are responsivity and that
it is built with HTML5 and CSS3. The layout is multi-column with fluid width and tableless.
