Initial 7.x release

Bug fix to address 2 VBO views not being able to exist on the same page.

Fix for ajax throbber and added new icons for Message and Subs modules.

Inline maps created with the WYSIWYG editor plugin are now editable, and tokens are also displayed as map pins during content editing.
