Fix for ajax throbber and added new icons for Message and Subs modules.

Inline maps created with the WYSIWYG editor plugin are now editable, and tokens are also displayed as map pins during content editing.

Two major database fixes.

Please update immediately and run update.php

• #1558496: Ajax error on form submission
• #1545576: DB Schema not created

Fix Views dependency.

This is the initial D7 Release.

It has had some limited testing and seems to work without issue for a Chase Paymentech Hosted checkout test account. However, has not been tested in a production environment as of yet.

It would be appreciated if others could test this out as well.
