First release.

Maintenance update to target Drupal 7.14 and Entity API 7.x-1.0-rc2.

This is the first beta release of NodeStream, which means we are now in feature freeze! We changed a lot in this release, so have a good look at the list of fixed issues and see if anything could be of concern to you. Feel free to file issues if you have problems upgrading. Welcome to the next phase!
