This is where things change regularly. Not suitable for production sites.

A new branch with a few API changes:

- Using hook_library to add jquery.equalheights.js
- Using Drupal.setting to add classes and other settings
- Moving module js into a separate file equalheights .js

This should fix a few lingering issues, such as applying plugin on AJAX loading and resizing the page.
