Back out #1493638

The 4.x branch is a Drupal 7 targeted version of Webform. Upgrade from Webform 3.x with care, database updates are non-reversible.

2.x is gold!

- Remove calendar_row_node completely.
- Remove Calendar iCal completely.

- Change default tracking behavior to be off.
- Issue #1556180 by hass, Error: Strict warning: Declaration of calendar_plugin_style::options_submit().
- Issue #1588590, Cannot always unset date link once set.
- Issue #1565994, Remove default caching from calendar. Let people set it up themselves.

• Clear the (registry) cache after installing 7.x-1.0.
• If you use custom actions, run update.php.
• If you use custom actions, be sure to enable the 'PHP filter' module and give image style editors that may create custom actions the 'use PHP for settings' permission. The module must also be enabled on image creation.
• If you use custom actions, please read the README.txt from that sub-module to find out about how information and resources are available to you. You will probably have to change your code snippets.
