This release has the following features and fixes:

• Added new CCL Local Actions sub-module based of issue #1463996 by lsolesen
• Moved all CCL related modules into it's own group on the module configuration page.
• Issue #1466588 by tnanek: Added the ability to add CSS classes to links as well as query strings.
• Issue #1341474 by BarisW: Included patch 1341474_15 to enable Features support.
• Fixed issue in ccl_views when no views are available/enabled.

Intitial dev release.

Fixed some bugs and finished first version of Subs Premium module supporting integration with Profile2 and Node Option Premium.
