Domain settings using Variable module and Variable realms.

Added option to enable/disable entity creation when it does not exist on an endpoint.

Now fully support subs and rules links modules.

Contains webform support and will display any page including view pages inside a colorbox. Pages don't have to be nodes any longer. Views support is now built in and the only class you need to add when displaying manually is 'colorbox-node'.
