Tagging this as a stable release point along with cm_slideshow. Still more work to do on both, but these versions work well together.

I hope this will be the last step before a release.

Several bug fixes (see git log for details)

A minor bug fix and a consistency improvement:

Fixed a warning when slideshow contained no jQuery options.
Added optional quoting of cycle fx args for consistency with old versions.

Merge with facetapi_extra module.

Version 1.0, finally.

There is no major update in this release. Just small updates on jQuery 1.7/UI 1.8 branch. Anyway, it's a chance to move to official release, finally.

- Update jQuery 1.7 branch from 1.7.0 to 1.7.2
- Update jQueryUI 1.8 branch from 1.8.16 to 1.8.18
