Removed ulogin widget loading type setting - now it will always load asynchronously

This is a complete refactoring of the original code base to make the framework more flexible. It has decoupled the content type management code from the core Paypal integration.

This is an alpha release. Things should work, in general, but it is not guaranteed any views created with this version will run in any future version. Heck,it's not guaranteed not to burn down your datacenter. It's alpha, right?
