#1460690: URL rule accepts relative URLs

• Fixed issues with summary truncating logic.
• Improved stripping of line breaks and non-breaking spaces.
• Don't include extension if the text was not truncated.
• Don't duplicate period at end of text and beginning of extension.

First release

Since there have not been any severe complaints Drupal Code Sniffer is now entering the beta phase. This release adds drush support, so you can check your code now with drush dcs myproject.module (checkout the documentation on how to install drush support)
