Drupal 7 port but without the notifications!

Issue #1548116, #1529720 fixed.

Changes since co_ment-7--1-3:

• by gibus: Adds in 'co-ment file upload' the possibility to upload a legacy file from a URL in addition to upload from local filesystem.
• by gibus: Fixed HTTP POST timeout to allow processing of big legacy files to convert.
• by gibus: Adds display of authorized extensions when uploading a file.
• by gibus: Fixed HTTP GET timeout with long texts having hundreds of comment.

dev release

Full OpenLayers interface featuring two layers to add location markers and visitor's current location marker in different shapes and colours.
Very easy to use!

First stable release.
