This release contains minor tweaks.

Accepted the following patches by Bevan:

• [1660252] Publishing transitions twice through draft
• [1660270] Sensible defaults for content type type moderation state
• [1660258] Don't set state if Moderation disabled
• [1660276] Scheduler unpublishes published nodes
• [1660208] Code style and line endings

This release contains minor tweaks so you should be able to upgrade without problems.
