An interim release so we can show you what we're working on!

Mainly a couple of bug fixes to inline editing since Alpha 1, including:

• Fix for text fields and text areas to make them inline editable.
• Fix fatal error when using Omega theme.
• Code clean-ups from psynaptic.

Also, added the Module Filter module to make the modules page easier to use.

The code underwent a large refactor and all of the text-generation stuff was re-written. This module is more robust and flexible than ever!

Modules can now define their own custom vocabularies!

Oh, and fixed a couple issues too:

Issue 1678444, 1678448 by JoshuaF: Added variable checks for arrays to eliminate PHP warnings.

Issue 1681052 by medden: Fixed icons for recruitment block.
