Added Ctools relationship plugin which allows the site builder to access the user on the other side of the masquerade.

Initial Drupal 7 release.

This release contains a single yet important fix:

• Issue #1483002 by DamienMcKenna: Fixed the menu access callback, the menu item will now only show on entity pages that actually have a suitable reference field and has References Manager enabled.

Initial release. Should be stable enough for production, but I'm waiting for some feedback before making an official release tag.

Based on the initial commit. Should be ready to use.
