DON'T USE THIS RELEASE! Has a bad bug.

Merged quite a few fixes from the 6.x branch into the 7.x branch. This release is much more up-to-date with the latest code in the D6 version.

Please help test these beta releases. Several sub-modules are still D6 version and need upgrade to D7. All patches are welcome. Thanks.
