Initial d7 upgrade

First official release of Views Showcase for Drupal 7.

This version now includes a default view considering you have a default Article type with a Image Field and use it as a showcase. This view is for demo purpose.

This version also include some small bugfixes.

First stable release, uses core jQuery BBQ instead of YUI3 History (YUI dependency is dropped).
Depends on facetapi_pretty_paths.
Supports ajax for: path (FacetAPI pretty path), ?query= (Views filter), order & sort (Views, Searc API sort), page (pagination), items_per_page (Views). And should work with Search API ranges...
