Some minor bug fixes, and smoothing out of the api.

This release marks the first to use Drush Vagrant (http://drupal.org/project/drush-vagrant). It assumes the use of drush-vagrant-7.x-2.0-alpha2 or later.

Only the standard 'Aegir' blueprint is expected to work at this point. The development blueprint needs to be reworked to use the new Drush Vagrant functionality.

Initial release of Modernizr 7.x-3.x branch. Module introduces an API for other Drupal modules. The two main features are within hook_modernizr_info() and hook_modernizr_load().
