Fix for regionarea.js :
1. fix broken weight sorting for previous parent
2. fix cursor and ui state helper positioning
3. fix disabled parents toggle hide

Regionarea plugin :
1. better sorting for .layout created file
2. add support for master.layout file to be used as master template layout when user is creating new layout

This is the present development branch and is considered highly unstable. Use this branch to test out comment_translation for your own uses and when contributing patches and code back to the project.

Bundled all sub-modules in a single module.

New features

1. Providing most of the fields provided by demandbase.com for each IP depending on type of dmenadbase key.
2. Demandbase cache module to enable caching for anonymous user to override drupal default caching.
3. Demandbase memcache module to enable caching for anonymous user to override memcache default caching.

Bug fix

Removed bug showing warning when no internet connection is available.

Initial version. Includes lazyloaded share buttons for Facebook like, Twitter tweet and Google +1.
