Allows for setting a node for manual Lingotek updates. The "Automatically Push Node Content to Lingotek" setting in node add/edit forms, when enabled, allows the editor control over when updates are sent to Lingotek. When nodes are set to manual update, manual updates can be initiated through the Lingotek node tab.

This release of shURLy module fixes several long-standing issues and syncs the functionality between the D6 version of the module and the D7 version.
