- Fixed that menu items wasn't localized

This is version 1.1 of Forum Access for Drupal 7.

Forum Access requires the current ACL and Chain Menu Access API 2.x modules.

- #1768330: Remove the broken D5 Legacy Mode which never worked for D7.

Updating to 1.1: Be sure to upgrade the Chain Menu Access API module to 2.0 (or later) at the same time!

Implemented #1724100: Request option to remove user/pass in User Login Block: uLogin block with just uLogin widget.

• Added template for default admin view to put message on its own row.
• Updated default admin view.
• Added a views handler for the message field to remove the field from the query when the message option is set to 'No.'
