Development release.

The 7.x-3.x branch contains new features, and is not backward-compatible with the 2.x branches.

Fixed the support for weather.com and added a feature to give the weather location in the url. Also fixed couple of minor bugs.

Revert "replace special chars in sitename with empty space", caused more errors than it fixes

user agent is checked before examination because RSS readers don't set this variable.
