After beta testing I fixed the bugs and I added the module's description.

Site name font was removed.

• Updated form_alter, node_callback and create_form_element to use [options] fieldset when needed, else [revision_information] fieldset is used
• Updated workbench_email_form to output labels of state names instead of machine_name
• Updated workbench_email_get_users($rid) to use drupal database abstraction layer
