This release contains one major change. In the previous release reorder tab appears only on the child node page and users can only reorder child node menu items when they are on any child node.

In this release, now reorder tab will appear on parent node page instead of child node page. If the sub menu items also have child menu items, then an reorder tab will also appear there.

Fix some errors in the installation script.
