Fix Access Denied loop of death bug, now it will respect standard drupal 403 page settings or fall back to /user if no 403 page is set to avoid infinite loop of death.

Fixing bug when user logged out token get invalidated because of sessid problem, the new solution is not elegant but it will suffice for now.
