Multilingual support for drupal sites and redirection to correct language to the bank

Fixed a number of bugs reported previously. Note that many logged bugs were due to breaking changes between webform 3.x and 4.x branches. If you are running the alpha webform 4.x then you need to change to the 2.x branch of commerce webform which is also in alpha.

SUMMARY
Feedmine is a Drupal feedback interface to Redmine, a rails-based
ticket/issue management system. Feedmine provides a block that,
when enabled, allows users to enter website feedback information
which is submitted as a ticket into Redmine automatically along with
user and session data.

LIMITATIONS:
Feedmine utilizes the Redmine REST API and currently supports only
Redmine v.1.1.0 or later.

• Added filter to remove duplicate messages.

Fix for incorrect Ubercart order total calculation. Also adding initial code for product attribute feature.

Release for compatibility with the new Bad Behavior version 2.2.12 library.
Added customizable "Reverse Proxy Header" field to settings.
