First stable release for 7.x-2.x branch. Not backward compatible with 7.x-1.x (see project page for upgrade notes).

Changes since 7.x-1.0-alpha6:

• Fixed 'There are no lessons in this ladder.' message that appeared on ladders that do have lessons
• Defined variables and double-check node object to prevent notices
• Added functions to find the previous and next Lessons in a Ladder, for issue #1772560
