Mobile Adaptive first stable version.

This release addresses a major bug and adds several new features. Special thanks to mondrake for a great deal of work on this release.

Fix for #1901090: For /workflow-dashboard to work need to tick "Show a comment field on ... workflow tab form".

Largely functional, but the purpose of this release is to appease testbot's requirement of a point release for dependencies.

First release for Drupal 7.x.

• added the ability to create image alt text for the slider images through the settings interface, if alt text is not provided there are default values set
• fixed i18n support in page.tpl.php
