Issue #1937136: no need to re-save all the color_field

Enable boxes support.

Be aware that the OpenLayers module (7.x-2.x-beta3) provides a boxes plugins. It will be removed soon from it, this is why I'm implementing boxes support in this module.

This release should be considered stable for OpenLDAP implementations. Further testing with Active Directory is required before considering an rc1 release.

Added options for text formats and position displaying sms code field.
