Development release for plate theme.

Release candidate of the first version of this module, as reviewed and tested from a sandbox project (https://drupal.org/node/1886184)

This is a minor update with two new features. It is fully backwards-compatible with version 7.x-2.0.

Be sure, however, to run update.php (as always)!

Same as 7.x-1.1 but adds the following enhancement:

#1215298: Postmark-php library download location no good for Drush Make generated sites

This moves the Postmark PHP library out of this module and into the sites/all/libraries folder, using the Libraries module to handle the integration. The Libraries module must be version 2.0 or higher.

Enabling 7.x-1.x-dev release, just in case anyone's interested.
