Was able to get this installed locally as well as in production, hence a full release point.

This is now using Twitter bootstrap as the default sub-theme with Masonry, Views infinite scroll and some other magic. If you are annoyed with the number of requirements that currently can't be packaged on drupal.org, look at the make.example file which has a listing of all remote libraries and a simple drush command against it will trigger the entire system to install correctly.

Latest build with patches and style improvements. CLE is the focus at the moment so this is a rebuild of all the things that uses which cause improvements here.

Fixed bug with cache bins' index storage.

* Issue #1537666: Enable/Disable Action: add action to open or close webforms.
* Issue #1940282: Fetch submission by NID & SID: add action to fetch webform submissions.

Upgraded to Drupal 7 version with basic functionalities. Not ready to use on production sites.
