First stable release

This is the first alpha release of the OpenCivic distro and is therefore presumed to be buggy as hell, even though it was designed by geniuses with brains the size of the national debt. There is no documentation yet other than what you'll find on the project page. Documentation? We don't need no stinkin' documentation!

This is the initial release of OpenCivic on Drupal.org. It includes functionality for the Apps Catalog, Community and Hackathon components of the distro. The Community and Hackathon components are still incomplete, and the other components (Interoperability, Civic Sandboxes, etc.) have not been created yet.

Remove check for default body field as it is not present in all cases.

• Make GDAL extension optional.
• Allow access to the featureid of the imported dataset.

Fix OpenLayers field formatter.
