Initial port to Drupal 7!

This is the port of the udplanet project to Drupal 7, under a new name, easy planet!

Bug fixes:

• #1119994 Fix for reset JS not working correctly. Thanks desmondmorris.
• #1230224 Removing jQuery cookie javascript file. Now included in D7 core.
• #1231472 Adding configure link on module page.
• #1822526 Fix for jQuery cookie.
• #1050124 Moving JS and CSS additions out of hook_init().
• Code size reduction.

Version 2.5 is targeted towards Enterprise users and includes bug fixes for compatibility for entity translation.
