1. Added admin email notification on posting of new review
2. Option to display "Add Review" as a tab or a link at the bottom of the content
3. Added admin setting for number of reviews per page.

Changes: Moved listing and moderation of reviews to the "content" menu. Moved admin settings from the "structure" menu to the "configuration menu".

Fixed #1968958: Drupal.settings.ga_push_browser is not always defined.

• Fixed spelling error: deleteable should be deletable.
• Use field_get_default_value() to retrieve fields' default values.
• Split out API function to return all deleteable referenced entities.
• Use the field cache to store results, so it gets automatically cleared when fields are changed.
