Alpha release containing first code commits. Accordions are currently only implemented for blocks. After installing, block accordions need to be 'allowed' at /admin/config/user-interface/accordions before any blocks can even be made into accordions. Then set the accordion group name of blocks from their standard 'configure block' forms.
