First stable release.

Issue #1974884: ckeditor / entityreference_prepopulate / hybridauth, metatag modules recommended versions updated.

1: rewrite the config system. it is more powerful.
2: limit the max count for each user.

The first release of View mode displays. View mode displays provides an administrative section of the site to render entities for all of the view modes configured for it.
