New release of module for the Alpha version of the Mobile Application Development Kit.

Added configure path to the admin interface.

Several important improvements: jQuery Plugin no more shipped with module (using Libraries API now) + Added an exclude per URL Option in admin settings + some minor bug fixes.

Please see README.txt on how to add the separate library in sites/all/librares.

Release for Drupal Commerce version 1.6 and above.

Makes use of new hook_commerce_product_reference_default_product_alter() added in #1861170: Option to specify a default product from multiple referenced products, removing previous formatter and entity_view overrides.
