Finally spent a few days on a D7 port. This version takes advantage of the new file entities and uses file fields.

File module is required (obviously) and Upload module and File Field module from D6 days are dropped. Message reporting about file access being turned on/off for a given file and role is now reported properly. User based access control is still not in the module's UI and I'll be looking at ACL module. I've also put the file access settings relative to the field they act upon. Also showing a message when specified roles are set to have global access.

Sorry for the excessive releases the past couple weeks. We're sprinting on a stable release with lots of organizations pitching in and issues have a habit of arising after the releases come out. We're getting close.
