First stable release

This release contains a fix to the Following issues :
- weird behavior when add a new block on any region #1990482: Styling is weird
- admin page menu error.

• Adds a weight field (issue #1981546).
• Setting "View own unpublished content" for anonymous is no longer required (issue #1978726).

Please report any bugs to the issue queue.

Updated to coding standards

Removed the special logic for node forms. These forms are now controlled like all others.

Added hook_uninstall to remove variables.
