Bugfix releases that fixes a number of issues with the new API interface.

• #1986118 by Berdir: Fixed SalsaAPIInterface::getLeftJoin() uses invalid object definition.
• #1958812 by Berdir: Fixed NOT IN condition results in notice and array to string cast.
• #1934762 by johnshortess: Fixed getCount and getCounts pass 'columnCount' to Salsa, not 'countColumn'.
